Terms and Conditions for A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd

Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale."We" or "Our" means A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd. "You" or "Your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

PartsJunction.co.uk hosts and maintains this website on behalf of A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd. Goods are supplied by A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.

2. Prices, Description and availability of Goods.

Prices are subjected to change without prior notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we shall provide with the alternative item of equal quality.Where alternative item is not avalible we shall inform the customer and refund. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

2.1 VAT. Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd VAT number is 813 3513 61 .

2.2 Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction.

3. Cancellation Policy.

If you have the need to cancel your order with us, you can by sending an email to  cancel.order@partsjunction.co.uk.

In ALL correspondence please quote your order reference number, in order to carry out the cancellation include your name, home address, delivery address if this is different to the home address you and a description of the items to be cancelled. Providing your order has not been despatched, there will be no cost to you.
If your order has already been despatched, you may still return it, but under the guidelines given in EU Distance Selling Law.

4. Payments.

We accept payment by credit or debit cards. Payment will be taken at the time your purchase is despatched.

4.1 Until goods are paid in full they remain the property of A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd.

4.2 IF WE FEEL ANY ATTEMPT IS BEING MADE TO FRAUDULENTLY MISUSE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT WE SHALL REPORT THIS TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN WHATEVER RELEVANT COUNTRY AND ASSIST ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN INVESTIGATIONS.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Time. We endeavour to despatch orders received by 10am on the same day if the item is in stock in our warehouse.

The delivery times & details quoted below apply to products in stock.

• Items sent by post will be delivered with your normal mail and should be expected 2 & 3 days after the date of despatch.

• Items sent by Business Post may be delivered anytime between 3 & 4 days after despatch.

• Our carriers may deliver at any time between 9am and 5.30pm and up to 4 days after despatch.

Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

6. Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protections (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within a 7-day "cooling-off" period, which commences the day from receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under these regulations, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 7 days "cooling off" period. Once you have informed A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd of your right to cancel, you must continue to take good care of the goods and retain possession of them until they are returned by yourself. All items must have an RA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.

You will be required to return the goods at your own cost, via an insured carrier and within 28 days. If the goods are returned within 28 days, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund, less any delivery charges made.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded as delivery is a service which is completed when the original delivery is made.

All electronic products, require a 15% restocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.

A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products.

Selected items carry a 15% Restocking Fee.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part.

A to Z Autoparts (Midlands) Ltd will not reimburse labour charges or installation fees under any circumstances.

Orders placed using PayPal must pass an inspection before any credit will be issued.

7.Limitation Of Liability

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses; in any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of the Conditions, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

8. Third-Party Services.

We allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which you may purchase or otherwise obtain certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.

9. Third-Party Merchant Policies.

All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
